There is an infinite intelligence, an ever-expanding Spirit that moves through all of life. Just as nature grows, evolves, and adapts with grace, so too are we part of this unfolding Spirit – not through force but simply by aligning with what is already present within us.
Yet many of us live out a perceived disconnection from this evolutionary Spirit, experiencing the loneliness, frustration and emptiness of separation. In doing so, we forget the creative possibilities available to us as vital and vibrant participants in life’s unfolding.
Join us for a rich exploration and practice of what becomes possible when you embrace the Principles of Spirit-led Evolution.

When we make that choice, a different reality emerges. we live in harmony with the richness of the evolutionary Spirit present in nature - a life more fluid and more alive, marked by synchronicity, flow, and everyday magic.
The Program
Over six weeks, you will learn to use the principles of Spirit-led evolution and initiate a paradigm shift to a new way of living and leading.
You will expand your awareness and be compelled to:
- Be guided by Spirit – create a living relationship with Spirit that not only guides you but connects you to the infinite potential and wisdom of the mystery, opening you to a vital participation in life
- Cultivate Space – open to the mystery, beauty and sacredness of life, attuned to the subtle whisper of Spirit and the fullest expression of your evolution
- Live Structurally – use creative technology purposefully and imaginatively not only to create what you love, but to hold Space for your Spirit-compelled life to emerge in magical and unexpected ways, moment by moment
- Embrace Softness – discover and harness the strength and power of the stillness within and experience a softer way to success

Your Facilitators
Paula Jones
Paula’s passion lies in creating space for people to go beyond the rational mind and create the seemingly impossible. Paula is fascinated by all aspects of human behaviour. Through her Beyond Knowing teaching and coaching programs she works with a diverse range of leaders, coaches and creatives who are willing to take the journey to discover true knowing, both one-on-one and on retreats in beautiful places around the world.
Taylor Roark
Taylor is committed to transformational change by facilitating purpose and conscious contribution in the world through his company, Galliant Trainings. He is lead facilitator for all Natural Sucxcess trainings in the UK and Europe, as well as an accredited coach. A former blacksmith, corporate lawyer and renewable energy consultant, he chooses to live life as a mythical adventure.
Anne K Scott
Anne’s work through Crossing Frontiers supports people in navigating personal and professional transitions to create results that truly matter. She brings together the creative possibilities of imagination with her deep knowledge and experience of technology and structure. Innovative and experimental, Anne founded Evolve The Journey - an annual in person transformational immersion, which in turn inspired the Spirit-Led Evolution offerings
